My husband just signed a short-term lease here as we are relocating to Hburg but are first selling our house in Northern Virginia. I so wish we had seen these reviews before signing but ... We thought we were getting a three-month lease but when my husband went to sign the paperwork it turns out that it is really a four-month lease. That really infuriated him, as they are going to get an extra $800 out of us, even tho (hopefully) we won't be living there anymore. Also my husband was going to give our 2 year old son a bath yesterday afternoon and the water was ice cold. Oh, and the neighbor has yipper dogs that constantly bark, and is a chain smoker and the hallway reeks of cigarette smoke, as does the part of the apartment that shares a wall with that one.
