My apartment has recently been renovated, is spacious and the staff has been helpful. But I just got my lease renewal, and bedisdes raising rent $20/month, we're going to have to star paying for trash and water...$70/month on top of that!!! BE CAREFUL!!!

Thanks for the timely info. Yikes, that's a 13% increase? Unfair to singles if it's level billing for all units. Another profit center like the third-party gas bills. Only in this case, no water or trash meters for residents to quantify the profit margin. Wonder how long before a condo-like fee to cut the grass?

I can't see why everyone has to pay the same for gas. It is as if those who use little gas are subsidizing those who use a lot.
