Yeah.. I am counting my days..

My friend recommended this place, since he lived here few years ago. But now

Overall Apartments are good if you live there 10 years ago. (Old kitchen utilities, furniture s, doors and other stuff, nothing new..)

Rent is too high in this area as everyone aware of it, thinking they will get a better apartment. But it is not.

No utility is included (except pets control - I don't know what this is..).
Gas (cooking and heat) price is doubled, not sure what's going on...

I heard with new lease you have to pay Water, sewage as well!

On top of it, the Sales Reps 're very rude as if they want you to find another place! Don't know they are getting trained for this..

so count on.. or stay away from this place.
