Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Rent is very high compared to other places, apartment is not fancy and kitchen unit is outdated and cheap junk. Furnace is very noisy and runs too long. Hallway in apartment unclean and door to get in apartment is a joke. Windows and sliding door are very drafty.
