My husband and I lived here from July of 2005 until August of 2006. We loved our apartment, and the maintenance was great. The kitchen was tiny and outdated, but the overall apartment size is one of the biggest I've seen in this area, with a nice floorplan. We moved out because our rent was going up by almost $40 after living there for just a year. Ky in the office was always nice and helpful, but Patty was a nasty woman. We actually thought about moving back there when our current lease is up because we really did love our apartment, but thanks to the previous post about the water bill, we decided to call and ask, and they no longer pay water, sewer, and trash. There were also "restricted breeds" of dogs that they let run around there. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment, some rude office staff members, and someone who doesn't mind paying water, sewer, and trash!
