Lakewood Hills is a horrible place to live. My neighbors were shady looking - fought all the time, played loud music all day every day. The office staff were rude and disrespectful. The office manager lies all the time. The bathrooms have that "bath fitters" stuff on the tubs. It doesn't fit well and has black mold growing behind it. The water in the toilet tank is rusty looking. The washer and dryer break down all the time. The closet door in one of the bedroom kept falling off the hinges. We finally gave up and just left it open and never touched it. The rent went up every lease period. They even added a trash and sewer fee ($100/month for a 3 bdrm apartment). Finally, when I moved out, they charged me $1500 to replace the carpet because one of the bedrooms had pet stains. Please learn from my mistake and look elsewhere. This place is worth the trouble.
