I moved to Lakewood Hills from out of state since it was pretty easy to finalize the lease through e-mail, fax, etc... I knew that I would get something at least "halfway" decent given that it was in a complex and all. Boy was I wrong. Leaky windows, hidden fees all over the place, ridiculous pet policy, RUDE staff, not so state-of-the-art fitness center, RUDE staff, cheaply built, RUDE staff, horrible parking, and did I mention RUDE staff' Save yourself some aggravation and DON'T live here. The best part about it was the day I moved out.
