Locust grove is the worst place to live unless you like living a nightmare. We rented from the Locust lane location. The residents that live there deal drugs, have parties all hours of the days and night that spill out into the shared hallways and grounds outside, have loud sex and fights, cops are constantly there, and the management is a joke.

My Husband and I chose to move there to start out small when we were newly weds. Its a tiny little box of a place but good for the time being. The lady that filled out our lease with us ended up quitting and walking out with all the leases a month later. So Our duration of time the was out of lease. We were never shpown the laundry room either and found out about it only a month before we moved out. There is no AC and if youd like a window unti from them you have to add $25 extra a month to your lease. The building next to ours had a leak in the bathroom that caused the floor to collapse and both parties(up stairs and down) we not given the option to have another apartment.

In our building the smell of ciggerette smoke over whelmed our apartment. Down stair tentants would party in the stairs and hallway and even one man would block me from coming to get my mail. They would do and deal drugs tight outside the door and allow their huge dogs to jump on cars and people passing by. The police were also there on a regular basis chasing a couple that would fight weekly. The man that lived there had even been kicked out of 3 other complexes for stealing, breaking and entering, dealing drugs, and fighting...The management was well aware of this and didn't care.

Parking was horrible!! Its side of street parking and a small parking lot to the side of some buildings. I wouldn't recomend using it unless you want your car keyed or broken into. The street parking was hard too because people would block off spaces, park crooked and just take up 2 spaces at a time, and fill them with trash. If it snows don't expect to see even the street again until it melts.

Management there is not quite with it. Upon leaving we asked the manager to write a letter of recomendation to give to our a complex we were looking into. He did so gladly because we were good tenants. Then when the place we moved into called him he said he didn't even know we were moving. I'm not sure whats wrong with him. His second in command was the cleaning lady until a month after we moved in.

I would highly advise not renting here unless you're into this crazy lifestyle.
