Great downtown location, quieter than you?d think. Convenient to everything. Very fun place to live. Very wide range in ages, management gave me the choice of having an apartment with people my age or older people.



Primary complaint: Electric everything with older appliances = high energy costs. My electric bills this past winter were $200, and I had my thermostat set at 65?.



Rent is starting to get up there in price too. For the Harrisburg area, this is getting into the higher end of monthly rent. Expect a 4% increase annually.



The plus is that with a 2 bedroom unit you get a 2 car garage. If you have many people over though, parking is limited for additional guests.



Office staff is friendly and helpful. Most residents are friendly.
