Just moved in this summer, the employees are nice but the apartments next door are not. I am facing the low income apartments and I am scared to walk outside some nights. The apartments are nice but the bathrooms and kitchens are really outdated. A lot of the neighbors in Mulberry Station are very friendly. My biggest pet pieve is that they do not recycle even though it is required by the city. Also getting furniture up the steps turned into a real hassle. (Check your furniture sizes first becasue the ceiling is too low to turn up the steps!) It was not fun getting my sofa stuck in the steaming hot stairwell!
