Pros:
5 blocks to the Capitol.
Garage
Allow pets - relatively pet-friendly.
Maintenance man is responsive.
Cons:
Older complex with outdated kitchens and bathrooms. Recent "upgrades" are lame.
Units are small.
High rent.
Inefficient HVAC units.
High utilities - an average of $150 a month; rates expected to increase 33% in 2010. Limited closet space.
Lots of stairs.
Common hallways are not regularly cleaned and vacuumed.
No parking for guests.
Overflowing trash bins are out in the open. No fences surrounding them.
Office staff more concerned with maintaining flower beds than taking care of tenants needs.
