Overall, I would not recommend these apartments.

I stayed here while attending Law School down the street. The apartments are all two bedrooms and very small. The worst problem I encountered was trying to reach maintenance... EVER. The numbers they gave never reached a live person, and there was no on site staff to assist me when I needed them. As a very busy student, service is paramount to me, and I didn't get it here.

After my lease was up my first year, I moved down the street to Williamsburg Estates (also very close to campus). It was so much better in every way... and a nicer feeling complex.

Typical Widner Law Student... I have lived here since Feb 2004 and have seen many Widner students come and go... Most have no idea how to live alone "in the big world" and most would get in serious trouble if daddy or mommy knew they were living with a boyfriend or girlfriend while mommy and daddy pay the rent... Maintenance was top notch until Mr. Bui past away (he owned and did all the maintenance on the apartments as BUI Properties) suddenly in the winter of 2008. The new property manager, Hobbie Investments - Bill Hobbie, have not been as quick with maintenance and upkeep, which is disappointing. However, its still the cheepest place in the area to live in for what you get, which includes a safe environment. This place is 110% better then my first apartment at Laural Ridge (formerly Pheasent Ridge off Linglestown Road).
