This complex has shown no respect for it's tenants and the surroundings in which they live. Maintenence issues are rarely addressed and when they are; are poorly patched over. The owner(s) and staff on site at Colonial Glen have deceived many tenants regarding their heating bills and have used a company out of Colorado, resulting in over charges for heat in excess of $200/month. This company also owns Colonial Glen and Beaufort Manor Apartments, so renters beware! Thank God for low interest rates and no money down programs to buy a home! Check it out at your Fair Housing Authority!
