Yes, the company is trying to make improvements to the grounds, but that is as far as that goes. Manager of the community is as poor as they come. Gas bills currently come from Denver, CO. Not to mention the gas bills, which would run about 150-160 per month. When this was brought to the attention of management, the manager stated would look into the matter. Six months later still no response. When finally go to management again, the response was as follows: Nothing we can do except change our billing methods. So, dont think for one moment would you get refund for being over charged for gas, FORGET IT! Renter's beware of Paxton Park Apartments...May be in your best interest to pay a few more dollars to get a better place.
