This place sucks in every possible way. There is massive amounts of mold growing on the walls in the basement, laundry area. Try to notify the management office, the deny it and just over look you all together. My first bill for my heat was 158.90 and keep in mind that it was for only half a month. I asked the manager about this and she said they are having trouble with the company that does the billing for the gas and for me not to pay it until it gets worked out, well three and half weeks later, I get a nasty letter from the office, saying that i need to pay my bill, i went down to the office and she denied ever telling me about the troubles with the company and telling me not to pay the bill. The property manager is a big liar and needs to be fired. The only time the grounds would be taken care of is when corp. was coming. It was the worst experience of my life. To add fuel to the flame the gas bills will kill you if the mold doesn't first. I was so happy that year went by as fast as it did. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Strange because the gas heat AND cooking is INCLUDED in your rent! Tenants are only responsible for electric (air), phone and cable..

When I moved in to this apartment, I was sick for the entire month because of the bad dust problems in the apartment and the mold all around the building and downstairs. I also had the same exact issues with the Gas company MasterTek, and this was back around May 2005! Same "issues with the billing company" line. God I hope that property manager has what's coming to her.
