My daughter moved here about 4 months ago and although the outside of the property building is not the greatest, the actual apartment isn't that bad. The previous reviews about high gas bills is absurd because the gas heat AND cooking are INCLUDED in your rent..This is a fact, you can call for yourself.

when i had lived there it was 500/mo for rent including gas, water, and sewer. since then the rent went up outragously! the gas heat and cooking was NOT included when i left, and the bills were INSANE!! a small apartment should NEVER have to pay $200.00/mo for heat when the thermastat is set to 67 degrees!! not to mention, cold air from outside would constantly blow in through the vent in the dining area causing the heat to work harder
