From the day we first moved in I knew this place was going to be a joke. We walked into our apartment and it was nothing like the model they showed you. They need to tear out the apartment and start over. The walls are layered with sloppy paint, the corners are all beat up. The 2 bedrooms dont get a lot of heat or a/c from the vent. We went to put our dishes away and found them filled with crumbs.

We have had on-going maintenance problems which took them 2 months fix. The property manager is very unfriendly and doesnt seem to care about here tennants because she never responded to my letter which clear told her to.

They advertise ther pool and volleyball court, but both need a lot of work. The volleyball court no longer has sand, its dirt and grass with tons of ant holes. The mention great landscaping. They dont do any landscaping besides the front by the office.
