I live here currently and I?am going to move out this summer. The maintenace staff is very good. Other than the living room being a nice size nothing else is good. The place was built in 1972 and I think the bathroom and the kitchen haven?t been up graded since. They said they are currently remodeling but when I asked if I could have new kitchen cabinets they said no. I would have to move to another apartment here to get new ones. There is mold in the bathroom tiles that don?t want to come clean and they are discusting. They have to many speed bumps. None of the bedrooms get any heat. That is probilbly the only reason it is free. The parking is horrible. You can?t even park in front of the apt. and then you have to walk all the way down the side walk and when it rains you have to walk in a huge puddle or if you walk in the wet grass, it is like a swamp. Also, the second bedroom is so small it would probably be inhumane to put a person in there. If your paying for a two bedroom you should get one. Also, in the first year living here they raised the rent $40.00 more a month. Also, people wrote about drugs which is true. Last year the guy across the grass got evicted and arrested for selling drugs from his apartment. The people who live here are not friendly and are careless. Last new years someone broke the side mirrow off my car. Would not recommend anyone to move in here.
