This is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. I'm coming up on the end of my lease, and I can't wait to leave. The manager is rude, trash blows all around the neighborhood, the parking situation is getting worse all the time, and you wouldn't want a lot of the other tenants as neighbors. They'll let anyone move into this place. The other reviews of Pennswood are pretty darn accurate. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone but my worst enemy.
