We live in a 2br twnhome, it's not worth the money. The maintenance staff is super, but they can only do so much with what they have to work with. We have had ongoing problems since we moved here last year, on the 1st day here I called the office because the kitchen was filthy, among other problems. We can't wait till our lease is up so we can move. The models don't look like the units, the bathrooms are disgusting, the whole place is nasty. We never knew this website existed until today, if we knew then what we know now....we would not be in Pennswood.
