Pennswood is not that bad a place except for being a little run-down. The thing that really makes it suck is the owners and the regional manager being such tight wads and the leasing office letting any common thug with a handful of C-notes rent an apartment. They should be a little more particular or they will quickly have a ghetto on their hands.
