I write a review that told how the property manager was never available to see you about any problems. She always seemed to be out to lunch. I am happy to report that that witch (saying it nicely) is now gone!!! YEAH!!! Now all Pennswood apartments need to do is get Heather and Jean back and I think this place would be cleaned up in no time. They should also try to get Kerry back as manager if they have any hopes of changing this property around.


Cynthia good bye and don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. We won't miss you. You never cared about what was happening to us residents. You just wanted to be a woman of power and you tried to through it around and intimidate us. You threatened us with fines if we didn't clean up after are pets but did nothing when we had legitimate complaints. You are crazy and it is my personal opinion that you didn't quit. The management company finely got wise to your -------- and fired you. You deserve it because you didn't know anything and you didn't do anything for us. Maybe this review won't be erased.
