I don t know why, but I lived here for 2 years.
All the negative reviews are accurate.
It s crime ridden and the apartment managers don t care one bit.
I feel like I m living in the projects.

Filling out the survey I just remembered - the place is falling apart. I just said to my wife the other day that nothing that is supposed to do anything - works. The following is a list of stuff that hasn t worked:
doors (front door doesn t close properly)
door knobs (inside apartment)
stove
oven
refrigerator
water pressure in shower
water temperature in shower
toilet
windows (leak rain and ***snow!!!***)
windows (closing them in 2 rooms)
lights (outside)
sliding patio door

I m sure I m forgetting something ...

By the way, the apartment manager accused me of spray painting my own car when I reported a vandalism!!! I couldn t believe it!!! I don t even know what she had to gain from that. This place is crazy!

I m moving just down the road to Nyes Road and am GLADLY paying an extra $400/month. It s going to be difficult to afford, but it s necessary for my heart health!
