A disgrace to the American Spirit

As a former member of the United States Marine Corp, I am highly offended that this complex exists in not only in the USA but in our state of Pennsylvania. I have seen better conditions and people in the scummiest parts of the world. It is beyond ANY and all comprehension that a place this disgusting is allowed to operate in the USA. It is a haven for criminals, deviants, and possibly even terrorists and enemies of our country.
Please do not even consider this sleazy complex.
