As a former resident of 4 years I can honestly say I experienced the following while living there.

1. Noisey neighbors - even had the neighbors through 2 full size recliner sofas off of their upstairs deck. They bounced into my deck area damaging my porch furniture. Their drunk/stoned friends trying to break into my apartment because they were too drunk/stoned to realize that they were trying to open the wrong door and were pissed they were locked out. Doors slamming every five minutes all night long....obviously some sort of "Business" being done there. This was an "all the time" thing. Not an occasional thing.

2. Poor parking - numerous abandoned vehicles in the parking lot infront of my building. Notified office, they stuck signes on the cars saying they had to be moved....residents just removed the signs and cars stayed where they were.

3. Poor security lighting - the security lights on my building NEVER worked the entire 4 years I was there.

4. Took 2.5 months to get a key to the storage room so I could remove my property. Someone had tried to pick the lock and broke it so it had to be re-keyed. Then the office couldn't find the right key for the door.

5. Was threatened by thugs walking their pit-bulls. Which are supposed to be prohibited....according to the pet lease.

I'm extremly pleased to live 50 miles outside the ghetto of Harrisburg on my own 4 acres of paradise now. I no longer have to look at ghetto trash, put up with the loud ghetto blaster music (if you want to call it that) etc.
