I find it interesting that the complex is so quick to blame tenents for these things. Like too many items plugged into power strips etc. When I lived there half of my outlets didn't work. And the ones that did only one plug would work...if you plugged into the second one neither one would work.

Of course if they didn't pack 30 (THIRTY) people into 4 unites perhaps these things wouldn't happen either.
