I have been a tenant here off and on for over 17 years and I have been very fortunate. My children grew up in Pennwwood and attended Phillips Elementary, played ball for Penn Gardens Little League and met some really nice people over the years. I can't complain about my individual one bedroom apartment. The maintenance has always accommodated my requests and my individual neighbors are very nice! For the time being, I am happy here!
