I have requested the "24 hour emergency maint." To please fix a defective window latch in a childs bedroom. She is 3 and was playing last spring and fell out of her window and was rushed to Hershet pa trauma center to be treated. AFTER this happened they gave us Prevention clamps so she cant open the window far enough to fall out. Not untill the accident were we issued these devices (if they have them it must have been an ongoing problem). They have yet to fix window latch and I have called and left reports with the one gal in the office 2 times. She is arrogant and rude and must be throwing the reports away when I'm finished on the phone with her. Management was sypmathetic of the accident.

My God, that's terrible! I hope your daughter is all right. Why don't you move out? There are much nicer places out there!

That is a grounds for suing the hell out of them
