I moved into this complex in 1994, I moved out in 2002. At that time it was a pretty good deal, but alot of the problems that you have listed I experienced as well. I always had ants, The windows were drafty and rattled in a strong wind storm and they socked me for a whole bunch of money when I moved out. We lived in a 3 bdr, 2bdr apt and 2 bdr Townhome. None of these units were ever updated in the time I lived there with the new kitchen cabinetry. The residents were just starting to become disrespectful as we were leaving to move into a home that we bought. All in all while I was there, maintenance was great, but I am sure most of those people are gone now.

I don't think I would move back again.
