My advice better stay away, or have a clean contract, they never say out when enter the lease. They have been just telling 2 months notice, there is another clause in the lease saying "if u break the lease before its period you will be charged 2 months rent". This clause is never discussed while you sign the lease. "So my humble advice to the new comers, go thru each and every clause or ask them to explain all the clauses befor you sign the lease, otherwise you will be another looser to this MoneySuccccccker.

I agree with this posting 100%. They did this to me when I recently checked into leaving and giving a notice. No other place has ever done that where I have lived. They make it hard for anyone to leave because they know its very difficult to get people in as tenants because of the issues the management allows and condones. I've never had to deal with such a bunch of losers. They're like pod people.

I lived at Pennswood before and i have never had a problem with them other than the move out, at first I thought it was only them that had the two month break clause, but every other place in town has a two month break clause. My stay there was really nice. I heard there are bad areas, but that is pretty much anywhere it all depends on where you live. I am moving back to Pennswood in two and a half months. I wish I would have never left to go to Lakewood Hills, LH was nice in the beginning until you have to pay for everything i mean everything. All I have to do pay for is Electric at pennswood.
