I lived in pennswood apts from 2002-2005, not only did i have ants be warned the first level apts have bad leaks by the windows.Which they charged me water damage to a wall when I moved.this problem was fixed 9 times and never helped. My A/C broke down 5 times and we lived in a heat box. Take my advice take a good look at your lease and take pictures whe you move out.This place is a living hell.

My neighbors A/C broke down last summer and they had to wait 5 days for someone to come fix it. This onsite maintenance is a lie.
