Unlike most people here I still live at Pennswood apartments. This place is terrible. At first it seemed nice but since the day we moved in we had nothing but problems. Many things needed fixed and still do. If you try to move out they charge you 2 mths rent the current month. Which lets say your rent is 700, you would have to pay a total of 2100 dollars just to move out. Manager blames everything from roaches to ants to our neighbors. They said their culture and food attracts roaches. These people are unbeleivable!

That is all the management at Pennswood know how to do, blame the tenant. They never take responsibilty for their actions, or lack of. Its a shame when you know you are going to need a lawyer just to move out of your apartment. I documented everything moving in, moving out.
