I only lived here for 4 months because I then wanted to move into the city. It is okay. Rent is very, very reasonable for this market. The apartment was clean and bright. The bathroom was very nice. The kitchen was outdated though. If you are fine with living in a cookie-cutter type apartment and don't have tons of money to spend, this is a decent place. It's a very large complex with plenty of places to walk. It has easy access to I-81 and I-83 --plus lots of stores on Union Deposit and Jonestown Roads. It is even close to Harrisburg Mall. There is ample parking. Staff was nice to me also -- it just often took a long time to get important things fixed.

The best things you mention about Pennswood are the things not related to Pennswood. But I do agree that it takes a long time to get things fixed. But when they want something, they tell you that you have 24 hours to do it. losers.
