MY RELATIVE HAS LIVED HERE FOR OVER 5 YRS AND ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! SHE'S HANDICAPPED AND LIVED IN TWO OF THEIR APARTMENTS. WE STRUGGLED TO GET A RAIL OR RAMP PUT IN AND OVER THE YEARS HAVE HAD PEOPLE TRY AND START PHYSICAL FIGHTS WITH HER AND MYSELF, AND WE DON'T EVEN KNOW THE PEOPLE AND SHE'S IN A WHEELCHAIR! MANAGEMENT IS BAD AND THERE ARE CONSTANTLY CARS GETTING REPOSSESSED, CHILDREN ABUSING OTHER KIDS AND RUNNING AROUND AT ALL HOURS, DRUNK PEOPLE AND LOUD NOISES. HER NEIGHBORS SUCCEEDED IN GETTING HER KICKED OUT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T LIKE HER AND MANAGEMENT WHEN ALONG WITH IT'! I'D NEVER WANT TO SEE ANYONE GO THROUGH THE AGONY OF LIVING THERE. YOU CAN'T HANG CURTAINS OR PUT PICTURES UP BECAUSE THE WALLS LITERALLY FALL APART. THERE ARE A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH BLACK PEOPLE WHO HATE WHITE PEOPLE, WHITE PEOPLE WHO HATE BLACK PEOPLE!

Ok I had to respond to this one and like some people say dont believe everything you read here. The person in question here was in a wheel chair she had a mouth on her that started her problems, also she wasn't paying her rent, house was filthy, pets not taken care of so of course they wanted her out and rightfully so. Also you can hang curtains, pictures up and black and white people get along so not sure where this is coming from. But please note most of the bad comments come from people who cause problems or dont pay there rent. I have lived here for 3 years I have had no problems this is a large complex so no way can you expect it to be perfect but they keeps grounds clean and why i call maint they come. Some areas are congested so they may have problems but if you come here move towards middle to back.

You don't know who this person is for sure. You probably have no personal connection to this person or situation. There are horrible things going on at Pennswood and long before or after particular people lived there!
