I was reading the reviews and felt I had to add something some of what people are saying is true some not yest there was a suicide however that could happen anywhere and the murder well it was a result of a man and wife argueing which could also happen any where and it does all the time. I live in a nice part neighbors are nice and I feel my rent is reasonable. Keep in mind I pay my rent on time. Maybe thats why I have no problems lol. I have been here almost 2 years and love it, I have notice lot of kids and dogs. If i had one complaint it would be too many dogs...Parking is not a problem for me never has been but i can see how it would be up front.
