| 01/30/2013 | I wouldn't recommend Pennswood Apartments to anyone. The maintenance is not very timely on fixing matters. Once my ceiling was leaking it took them at least 5 days to prepare mind you it continued to rain as I waited for this to be fixed, only for a few weeks later the ceiling to leak in a different area. The maintenance came over to fix the sink and left their cleaning supplies in my apartment of residence which I consider disrespectful.
