Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The staff and management are rude, snobby, arrogant and dismissive. (recall: the "Fire of 2004"...or just any given day)
The maintainence is non-existant...well, let's just say, I was there 8 months before my "move-in" work order was even looked at
..my dishwasher never worked
..my toilet was broken for 2 weeks
.. I had no screens in my windows the entire year I lived there
.. my phoneline was accidentally cut in the basement and not repaired until I called the phone company to do so
Security' What security' I've gotten in and out of that building w/out using my key or "swiper" on an almost daily basis
And where's the concierge we were promised!!!!

If you're coming to Harrisburg, move to Springford or the Terraces (same management)
NOW that is living worth every penny! Management treat you like you're staying in a 5 star hotel for the weekend.
