Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
1) Security-- 2 murders in building while I lived there. Car broke into twice.
2) Office Staff-- Some are nice, but for the most part very rude. Do not want to deal with your problems.
3) Cost-- Way too expensive for such a small apartment.
4) Noise- You can constantly hear people next door and in the hallways.
5) Insultation -- Might as well run heat & AC constantly. The windows are horrible, and always have a draft!
6) overall -- DO NOT LIVE HERE! There are plenty of decent places in Harrisburg to live in this crime infested place!
