Not very pleasant

Had to rent here for a short time as it was the only place available at short notice. Here are a few observations.
The corridors were very smelly, the combination of everyones cooking never went away.
The walls are incredibly thin, we could hear everything that was going on in neighboring apartments and the corridor.
The office staff were incredibly rude, I used to hate going into the office to pick up a package, you were made to feel most unwelcome. Also I made the mistake of asking if I could use the service elevator to move a few boxes to my apartment, I was shocked by the response which was pretty insulting.
The maintenance staff on the other hand were friendly enough, one of them had overheard my conversation about the service elevator and helped me out when I needed to use it, just "don't tell the office staff" was what I was told.
Business center was a joke, one old PC and a printer.
Security: The underground parking lot gate didn't work so anybody could use it. Often the door to the elevator area was left propped open, while you needed an ID fob to call the elevator if you hung around there long enough someone was bound to bring an elevator down to the area, then you had access to the building.
I was so relieved when I finally left the place...oh and don't throw away that piece of paper you hang up in your car as a parking permit, you'll get charged for not returning it.
