If you don't mind thin walls(we moved in and there were cracking ceilings and peeling paint), Closet doors always off the hinges, extremely high electric bill, Small washer & dryer unit,waiting forever to have maintenance fix things.Expect to have your parking space snowed in during winter.Numerouse break-ins to your car.

Than this is the place for you! Expect your rent to go up every year also....
