The Pines. . . seems like a pretty good place.

When my boyfriend and I moved in we were promised a certain apartment and had put down a holding fee for it when 1 week before we were supposed to move in, no one had called us so we called and were informed that we no longer had the apartment and they would have to find us a new one.

Well, they got us another one and it didnt have the breakfast bar that we had in our first apartment and it smelled very strongly of animal urine.

I had to scrub the stairs with animal scent remover over two months before you didnt notice it when you first walked in.

There is trash all over the place, sometimes the dumpsters overflow and are like that for a week.

Snow removal is a nightmare.

Communication from the office to the tenants is poor.

We have a centipede problem, they come out of the walls.

.

.

pretty nasty.

Cops are in and out of here all of the time and the doors are really hard to shut.

.

.

our balcony doesnt even have a lock.

We are definitely getting out of here this year.

Hopefully this can help you with your decision.
