I honestly had no problem with the complex until this year. Ever since the change in management, this place is horrible. There are fewer office staff w/ more attitudes. The maintenance man (yes, just one now for a 200 apt complex)is never available, e.g. it LITERALLY took him 5 months to finally check out my apt problem but when he finally came, he didn't do much. I've talked to my neighbors and they all feel the same way. I agree with the previous reviewer, there are insect infestations here and when you inform the manager...I'm sure you'll receive your bottle of spray too haha. I used to think maybe I wasn't clean enough until I found out it was a common problem. Centipedes and spiders randomly come and go, but lately there's termites running a muck! On the up side, this place is spacious and the price is decent. If you're lucky and you get a working apartment you should be set. Just don't break anything because the staff will not be nice nor pretend to care and the maintence many will seldom be available. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave. It's getting quite ridiculos here.
