We have lived here for a few months now and we absolutely love it. It is quiet, the neighbors are extremely friendly, the apartments are fairly large and the staff is wonderful.

We often see rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels and deer. One day, my boyfriend actually saw a group of ducks waddling around! I love that the apartment complex is set back and is in a fairly quiet/woodsy area. Even though we can see I-83 from the main road, we can barely hear it, unless a loud truck or a motorcycle fly by.

One small complaint that I have about this place is people walking their dogs on retractable leases. Why use one at all if your dog is going to be 20 feet away from you' I also find dog poo at times that should have been cleaned up by the dogs owner! They have made some changes to the lease, so maybe those problems will go away.

Being an owner of a large dog, the only problem I have found with my apartment is
that the walls have Flat paint on them. Anybody with a large dog knows that drool does not come off flat paint very well!! I am constantly trying to figure out how to get drool off of the walls without smudging the paint!

We have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer right in our apartment. The new windows/sliding glass doors are also a big perk!
