My wife and I have been here eight months now. The buildings were built in the 70's, but are very well maintained. The office manager genuinely cares for tenants, and maintenance staff are prompt, professional and know their stuff. The staff have a specific focus on the cleanliness and overall appearance of the interiors and grounds. We would highly recommend Spring Valley. We will be here for a long time to come.
