Do not sign a lease here--because when it's time to move they'll INVENT reasons to keep your security deposit! We were loyal tenants for 3 years, and left our apartment in better condition compared to when we moved in!! And they argued with us when we called attention to their lies! When we moved in we were told that after living there for 3 years, they would repaint the entire apartment FOR FREE (while still living there) Funny, how they charge us almost $200.00 for PAINTING after moving out!! And the walls were in PERFECT condition! Their goal is to keep all your money when you move out, after charging extremely high rent. The 2 women managers are very petty and RUDE, very poor attitudes. Someone needs to train them on customer service. I will NEVER live at Springford again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I will do everything in my power to stop people from making the same mistake I did---signing a lease at Springford.
