I currently live in Springford Apartments. The management team is pretty professional. The maintenance staff is very prompt and friendly. The snow removal is thorough but they don't usually touch the stuff until it stops snowing. As someone mentioned earlier...the parking is a big negative. Some of the units have much more parking but guests feel free to park wherever and many residents don't obey the rules to only park 1 car nearest to their unit. There are no marked spots and no parking permits so its a free for all. If you have the money get a unit in the Terraces with a garage! As far as being noisy it really depends on your neighbors. My first upstairs neighbor was awesome...even had a dog and I rarely heard her, but now with the girl above me I hear just about everything she does. Overall the community is great and being close to everything in Hershey and HBG is a HUGE plus.
