First, just a brief thought concerning the very few (somewhat suspect) negative reviews of the probably thousands of residents that have had the pleasure of dealing with hospitable staff at Springford and have enjoyed and appreciated the warm community that exists--

You can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot please all of the people all the time---

In essence, what compels me to add my thoughts, is that often what only is communicated is the negative (as is obviously the case on this website).

The satisfied typically do not relay their contentment.

Second, I am not quite sure if some of the previous things are misrepresented by numerous falsities, at least in my experience the office staff has been more than helpful and routinely exceed my expectations when I have questions concerning Springford.

One of the prior reviews attacked ad hominem the physical attributes and sense of style of the leasing consultants at Springford, in what can be considered the last resort in any argument, resorting to libelous, defamatory, and slanderous discussion concerning appearance, is without position in such a web review, as no one is benefited by such rudimentary tactics.

Therefore here is my substantive review after a year at Springford--(1) The maintenance department is friendly, attentive, courteous, and thorough, respecting privacy and performing routine tasks without problems; (2)The grounds are maintained meticulously--the grass and foliage trimmed, and the two gentleman that scour the outside living areas picking up debris, make me proud to live here, even relatives and parents mention the clean grounds; (3) The recreational facilities are user friendly, safe, and keep hours of operation that suit busy lifestyles; (4) The truth on the office staff--is that their dedication to their jobs is unequivocal, the friendliness is only matched by their desire to make living at Springford a pleasure for all of their residents; (5) The sense of community is particulary charming with a monthly newsletter that deals with upcoming events promoting group trips special events that are sponsored by Springford; (6) The location is probably something that many people do not consider, in this contemporary world of modern automotive transportation, but Springford seems to be minutes from everything--Downtown, West Shore, and Hershey.

Lastly, the Springford community represents a serene place to live, come and share my sentiments; I am sure you will--I have and will tell everyone looking for a place to live in about Springford and the opportunity to experience the pinnacle in luxury apartment living in Central Pennsylvania
