I absolutely love Springford; I haven't met a single rude person there, the facilities are great, my apartment is spacious, and the location is fabulous. Granted, I don't have as much space as I need, and sometimes I don't get to park two steps away from my front door, but that's all part of living in an apartment complex. If I wanted those things, I'd buy a house!

From the day I moved in, all the staff has been very courteous. Some have better personalities than others, but they've all been very helpful. Whenever I call for something to be fixed, they usually come out the next day. I've had a bit of trouble with a leaky roof, but everytime I call, they come out and try to fix it. It's a bit frustrating that I've had to call several times, but I don't blame them for trying to find an alternative to replacing the roof.

The neighbors are wonderful, too. Shortly after I moved in, my two cats escaped. Several people in the neighborhood helped look for them, and months later I'd run into people on the street and they'd ask if I found my cats (they came home eventually).

Rent is a bit high, but for all the amenities I get, I can't complain. There's a pool, hottub, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, and nature trail. It would cost a small fortune to get memberships for all that stuff.

I look forward to renewing my lease for another year and would highly recommend Springford to anyone.
