Rented there an entire year - despite all these reviews written by the staff, avoid this place at all costs...

Had a leaky ceiling that leaked down in living room area for weeks and for weeks - me and my roommate asked them to fix it. Never came.

Had an agreement to vacate early. When asked if they fulfilled their part (listing our apartment), I was told off very rudefully. When I inquired again, was told they were taking my inquiries "personally".

Then, instead of letting me know if there had been progress, they went AROUND me and started presurring my roommate to pressure me to "lay off".

Roommate and I cleaned the entire apartment, rug was very good.

Despite immaculate cleaning AND roommate accompanying them on the inspection, they took a mandatory amount of our security deposit to clean the apartment. It was over a hundred dollars. This was not in the lease.

As soon as you walk in, you'll get a weird vibe because the staff are standoffish when it comes to answering questions like "Are there many kids around the complex?"

Trust that feeling and avoid Springford.
