parking issue

I've been a resident for 3plus years and I am constantly in search of a parking spot near my door! It is simply impossible to obtain unless you are like some of my neighbors who don't move their cars until late at night. Everything else here is very nice, the office people are great to work with, but the parking may be my reason for leaving!
